Metal finishing co located in Woodside,Queens in business since 1962 has an opening
for an individaul to work as part of production team and become an INSPECTOR. The candidate
should haveexperience as an inspector in a metal finishing " job shop" environment.
This position is on the " shop floor" and will entail various duties: preparing parts for plating,
handling and INSPECTING parts after plating, unwiring and packing parts for shipment.
Note that the ultimate goal for this individual is to gain a thorough understanding of the
quality requirement of our industry and our customers, and become a senior inspector.
Our customers are the primary and elite electronic, aerospace and military companies in the country
requiring the highest quality standards. It is critical that the individual be uncompromisingly
quality and detail oriented, flexible and a team player. A long term committment is paramount.
Ability to read and communicate clearly in English is a must. Saturday work sometimes required.
